1. Parties<\/p>\n

This Distance Sales Agreement has been concluded electronically between the SELLER, whose details are given below, and the BUYER who places an order through the website www.qualiss.com.tr.<\/p>\n

2. Subject<\/p>\n

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products that the BUYER orders electronically through the SELLER\u2019s website www.qualiss.com.tr.<\/p>\n

3. Product Subject to the Agreement<\/p>\n

The product name, quantity, sales price, total price including VAT, shipping fee, payment method, and delivery information are included in the order summary and on the invoice.<\/p>\n

The BUYER acknowledges that, before confirming the order, they have been informed about the basic characteristics of the product, the sales price, the payment method, delivery information, the right of withdrawal, and other preliminary information conditions.<\/p>\n

4. Payment<\/p>\n

The BUYER pays the order amount using the payment methods offered on www.qualiss.com.tr.<\/p>\n

Payments made by credit card and debit card are carried out through the PayTR secure payment infrastructure. Card information is not viewed or stored by the SELLER.<\/p>\n

The order is not processed until payment confirmation is received.<\/p>\n

5. Delivery<\/p>\n

The product is shipped to the delivery address specified by the BUYER during the order.<\/p>\n

Delivery is made through a contracted shipping company. The delivery time may vary depending on the product\u2019s stock status, the delivery address, and the operational conditions of the shipping company.<\/p>\n

The SELLER agrees to deliver the ordered product within the legal time limits.<\/p>\n

6. Invoice<\/p>\n

The invoice for the order is issued according to the information provided by the BUYER during the order. The invoice may be sent electronically as an e-archive\/e-invoice.<\/p>\n

The BUYER is responsible for providing the invoice information accurately and completely.<\/p>\n

7. Right of Withdrawal<\/p>\n

For products purchased under distance sales, the BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date the product is received, without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing or by means of a durable medium within the 14-day period.<\/p>\n

Order cancellation: Before the product is shipped, the BUYER may cancel the order, including orders placed as a guest, by notifying info@qualiss.com.tr with the order number or by calling 5336047787. The price of a canceled order is refunded to the method by which the payment was made.<\/p>\n

8. Cases in Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Products prepared according to the consumer\u2019s wishes or personal needs
\n\u2013 Products that spoil quickly or may expire
\n\u2013 Products whose packaging, tape, seal, or protective elements have been opened after delivery and that are not suitable for return for health\/hygiene reasons
\n\u2013 Products that, after delivery, are mixed with other products and by their nature cannot be separated
\n\u2013 Products that have been used, opened, or damaged, or whose suitability for resale no longer exists<\/p>\n

For food supplements, food, and products with hygiene sensitivity, returns under the right of withdrawal may not be accepted if the product packaging is opened, the security tape is broken, or the product is used.<\/p>\n

However, the BUYER\u2019s legal rights are reserved if the product has been sent defective, damaged, wrong, or incomplete.<\/p>\n

9. Return Process<\/p>\n

The product to be returned under the right of withdrawal must meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Not having been used
\n\u2013 Having unopened packaging
\n\u2013 Being in a condition suitable for resale
\n\u2013 Being sent together with all accessories, documents, and any gifts<\/p>\n

These conditions are required.<\/p>\n

After the return request is approved, the product must be sent via the shipping company specified by the SELLER.<\/p>\n

After determining that the returned product complies with the conditions of the right of withdrawal, the SELLER refunds the product price, within the period required by legislation, by the method with which the BUYER made the payment.<\/p>\n

10. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Product<\/p>\n

If the BUYER determines that the product received is damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete, the BUYER must notify the SELLER as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

In this case, images of the product and the shipping package may be requested from the BUYER.<\/p>\n

The BUYER\u2019s legal rights are reserved in the case of defective, damaged, or wrong products.<\/p>\n

11. Damage During Shipping<\/p>\n

It is recommended that the BUYER check the shipping package at the time of delivery. If the package is crushed, torn, leaking, or visibly damaged, having the courier prepare a report allows the return and damage process to be carried out faster.<\/p>\n

The absence of a report does not eliminate the BUYER\u2019s legal rights regarding defective products.<\/p>\n

12. General Provisions<\/p>\n

The BUYER acknowledges that, before placing an order through www.qualiss.com.tr, they have been informed about the basic characteristics of the product, the sales price, payment and delivery conditions, the right of withdrawal, and return conditions.<\/p>\n

If the SELLER cannot deliver the ordered product due to force majeure or necessary circumstances arising from shipping\/supply processes, the SELLER informs the BUYER. In this case, the BUYER may request cancellation of the order or, if available, the shipment of an equivalent product.<\/p>\n

13. Resolution of Disputes<\/p>\n

In disputes that may arise from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent within the monetary limits specified in the legislation.<\/p>\n

14. Entry into Force<\/p>\n

By confirming their order on www.qualiss.com.tr, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and electronically accepted this Distance Sales Agreement.<\/p>\n
