But unfortunately, most of us have extremely low levels of vitamin D. Therefore, it is essential to take supplements. Ideally, we should have our 25 OH vitamin D levels measured before we start supplementation. The only way to find out what your vitamin D levels are is to have a blood test.<\/p>\n<p>Normal d\u00fczeyler 40-110 ng\/mL aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. <strong>60-80 ng\/mL<\/strong> aras\u0131 iyi bir d\u00fczeydir. D vitamini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn genel belirtilerini ayr\u0131ca <a href=\"https:\/\/qualiss.com.tr\/en\/what-is-vitamin-d-deficiency-symptoms-and-causes\/\" style=\"color:#08303f;text-decoration:underline\">buradan da inceleyebilirsiniz<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h1>WHAT SHOULD THE DAILY INTAKE OF VITAMIN D BE?<\/h1>\n<p>ABD\u2019deki \u2018Food and Nutrition Board\u2019 1997 y\u0131l\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir yay\u0131nda \u00e7ocuklara 400 IU\/g\u00fcn, eri\u015fkinlere 200 IU\/g\u00fcn ve ya\u015fl\u0131lara 400 IU\/g\u00fcn D vitamini verilmesini \u00f6nermektedir.(*) T.C Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ise 1 ya\u015f\u0131na kadar g\u00fcnde 400 IU D vitamini verilmesini \u00f6nermektedir. Di\u011fer ya\u015f gruplar\u0131nda g\u00fcne\u015ften yeteri kadar D vitamini sentezlenebilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek takviyeye gerek g\u00f6rmemektedir!<\/p>\n<p>Parathormone levels should be suppressed in a person who takes or produces sufficient vitamin D. Gomez et al. state that secondary hyperparathyroidism is suppressed when 25(OH)D levels exceed 75 nmol\/L and that at least 3,000 IU vitamin D should be taken daily to reach this level. (**) Dawson-Hughes B (***) and Kinyamu (****) suggest that parathormone levels are suppressed after 100 nmol\/L and that 10,000 IU of vitamin D should be taken orally daily to reach this level, while Lihares (*****) recommends taking 4000 IU of vitamin D daily. Other vitamin D experts say that the vitamin D requirement should be between 4000-10,000 IU. (******)<\/p>\n<p>To summarize, while official circles recommend 400 IU of vitamin D per day, the world's most important vitamin D experts say that the daily physiological need for vitamin D should be at least 10 times this figure, i.e. at least 4000-10,000 IU.<\/p>\n<p>Her g\u00fcn ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131z olan D vitamini miktar\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131za ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r.
