Warranty and Return Conditions

You can return the product you have received, without opening / destroying / destroying the packaging, without using the product, within a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. Before returning the product you have received within the specified periods, you must send an e-mail to info@qualiss.com.tr containing the product invoice number and your order number. In this e-mail, you are expected to briefly explain why you want to return the product. info@qualiss.com.tr will inform you where and how to return the product after receiving this e-mail. After we send you this information, you can put the product you want to return in its original packaging and send it by MNG Cargo that we have contracted with. Open and check the packages that you think are damaged during shipment in front of the company official you received. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report to the cargo company. Please note that after the product is received, it is assumed that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.

In cases where any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, destruction, tearing, use and other conditions are detected in the product and its packaging and if the product cannot be returned in the state in which it was delivered to the customer, the return of the product is not accepted.
